Founder & Principal Engineer
Built on the shop floor
Lee Jordan is a Professional Engineer licensed in Texas, specializing in mechanical engineering and machine design. He has spent 18 years designing production equipment in manufacturing, starting on the production floor before moving into engineering, so his designs account for the people who build, run and maintain them.
He founded Ludawise Engineering in 2021, the same year he became licensed, to give manufacturers direct access to licensed engineering without the overhead of a large firm or the risk of an unlicensed designer.
His work spans custom machine design, fixtures and tooling, process improvement and plant layout, product development and PE-stamped drawings. He has also taught Intro to Engineering and CAD Graphics as an adjunct instructor at a local college.
